2. Data Controller vs. Data Processor Roles

When you interact with our website or submit an inquiry, ServerCare360 acts as a Data Controller for the business contact details you provide (name, business email, phone, company name).

When we provide remote infrastructure administration, server management, or database triage, you remain the Data Controller of all data residing on your servers, and ServerCare360 acts strictly as a Data Processor. We process your data solely in accordance with your instructions and the terms of our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

3. Zero-Credential Intake Standard

We strictly forbid transmitting root passwords, private SSH keys, sudo tokens, or database secrets through website forms. All credentials must be provisioned during formal onboarding via authorized SSH public keys (ED25519) or ephemeral encrypted vaults.

4. Information We Collect and Process

• Contact Inquiries: Name, work email address, company name, phone number, and technical problem summaries submitted via forms.
• Technical Telemetry: Standard web server access logs containing visitor IP addresses, browser user agents, and requested URL timestamps for DDoS mitigation and security monitoring.
• Client Infrastructure Data: During contracted engagements, our engineers access system logs, configuration files, and resource metrics strictly to diagnose and resolve service degradation. We never export, mirror, or retain proprietary customer records from client databases.

5. Self-Hosted Assets & Zero Cross-Site Tracking

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Our website uses self-hosted typography assets rather than third-party font CDNs to prevent user IP transmission to external ad networks.
