Frequently Asked Engagement Questions
Common questions
Something else? Ask an engineer.
What information should I provide when contacting ServerCare360?
Please share details on your server operating systems (Linux/Windows), control panels (cPanel/Plesk/none), current hosting environment, and whether you require ongoing 24/7 management or emergency troubleshooting. Do not include passwords or private keys.
How fast will an engineer respond to my inquiry?
Inquiries submitted through our contact form are reviewed by our engineering management team within 1 to 2 business hours. For existing contracted production clients, critical emergency outages are triaged immediately according to agreed SLA targets.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before engagement?
Yes. We regularly execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with hosting companies, agencies, and enterprise clients prior to technical auditing or onboarding.
How do you securely handle root access and credentials?
We strictly observe a Zero-Credential Intake policy on public forms. Following initial engagement scoping, credentials are exchanged using client-approved encrypted vaults or ephemeral SSH public keys with restricted sudo policies.
